What we do

The club dives most week-ends between March and October out of Lyme Regis bay in Dorset using the club's 3 RIBs or chartered Hardboat. We make regular trips to inland dive locations such as Stoney Cove and Vobster Quay and we run days of easy shallow dives for refreshers and the less experienced divers.

Procedures

If you wish to dive any week-end then you must telephone us before 8pm on the preceding Wednesday to check if the boats are going and to reserve your place. Holiday weekends tend to get booked up earlier. The group usually meets up at the White Cottage in Uffcott at 7:00am sharp and are usually on the way by 7:15am, typically getting back by 7:00pm. If you are making your own way there make sure that your place is reserved and let the others know on the morning when you are on your way and your ETA.

We try to set up dives that the club members want to do. Tell us what you want and let us research the possibilities for you; all part of the service to club members. We would like to do more week-ends away, possible destinations include: The Lizard, Plymouth, Falmouth, The Scilly isles, Pembroke or Oban. All are possible on a 4 day week-end (sometimes with some overnight travel).
